1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

Unused and in original condition with all packaging, tags, and labels intact.
Unopened items, where applicable for health, personal care, or hygiene-related products.
Not marked as “final sale” or non-returnable items.

Note: Items that are used, washed, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted for return.

3. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except when:

The item is defective, or
You received the wrong item.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. Lumvrafy is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Once your return is received, we will process it promptly.

4. Return Shipping Address

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

The appropriate return address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note:

Refunds may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your payment method and bank or payment provider’s processing time.
If an item is returned in used condition, damaged condition, or without its original packaging, we may reject the return or offer a partial refund.

6. Restocking Fees

Lumvrafy does not charge any restocking fees for returns. We aim to make the return process as hassle-free as possible.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your return is due to a defective product or if you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.

8. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

For an exchange-style replacement:

Return the original item(s) according to the return process outlined above.
After receiving your refund, place a new order on our website for the desired product(s).
