1. Order Cancellation Window
At Lumvrafy, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
2. How to Request a Cancellation

Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will notify you and provide guidance on initiating a return after delivery.
4. Refunds for Approved Cancellations
Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.
Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
5. Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders cannot be canceled if:
The 24-hour cancellation window has passed.
The order has already been processed.
The order has been shipped or dispatched.
